Forty years of process and leadership experience. During 25 years in senior sales management at international IT and management consulting firms, I was responsible for business planning, account planning and sales processes – from forecasting and opportunity management through quotes and orders to revenue and performance management.
I then spent 15 years as founder and managing director of our company, working hands-on with executive search processes: from client acquisition and search mandates through talent pool and applicant management to billing, data protection and audit-proof document archiving.
This combination of business planning, business management and operational executive search expertise provides the professional foundation for MyRecruit.App and MyManager.App. My software engineering experience at IBM provides the technical foundation for translating these processes into integrated applications built for real-world use.
