I know from my own experience the challenges faced by sole proprietors or managing directors of a small company – especially without an in-house IT department. After several years as an independent consultant, I founded our company as a GmbH in 2017 and expanded it into a GmbH & Co. KG in 2022.
I know the recruitment business from many years of hands-on experience. As recruiters, we deal almost exclusively with personal data – which means criminal consequences can follow quickly if we fail to comply with statutory data protection rules.
As business owners, we must be able to create, receive, and process electronic invoices. The underlying documents must be archived in an audit-proof manner. I know these challenges in detail – both from the perspective of a sole proprietor and as managing director of a corporation and a partnership. They were the driving force behind the development of MyRecruit.App.
My experience in software engineering at IBM, as a director at globally leading IT and management consulting firms, and as managing director of our own company gave me the technical and business foundation to develop a system that fully meets these requirements.
